Do I need to take the TOEFL, Duolingo, or IELTS?

Applicants whose native language is not English and who do not qualify for an English Proficiency Waiver must demonstrate proficiency by achieving one of the following exam scores:   TOEFL: A minimum score of 100 on the internet-based test (IBT) is required.  IELTS: A minimum score of 7 is required.  Duolingo: A minimum score of 120 is required.     

To qualify for the English Proficiency Waiver Requirement, you must meet one of the following criteria:  

Completed at least the final two years of your bachelor’s degree while physically located in the waiver country.  Completed an entire graduate degree while physically located in the waiver country.  Hold citizenship in one of the countries listed below.   The United States, Anguilla, Antigua

British Virgin Islands, Cameroon, Canada (except Quebec), Cayman Islands, Cook
Islands, Dominica, Gambia, Ghana, Grenada, Guyana, Hong Kong, Ireland, Jamaica,
Kenya, Liberia, Malawi, Micronesia, Montserrat, Namibia, New Zealand, Nigeria,
Philippines, Saint Kitts and Nevis, St. Lucia, Saint Vincent and the
Grenadines, Sierra Leone, Singapore, Saint Maarten, South Africa,
Tanzania, Trinidad, and Tobago, Turks and Caicos Islands, Uganda, The United
Kingdom, Zambia or Zimbabwe
