When a new program has been added in Recruit, you need to make sure that it is also added in HubSpot.
Before you get started:
- You will need the GUID of the program (Admissions will be able to provide this for you)
What will need to be updated once you add a new program:
- Contact Properties
- Deal Properties
- Systems Workflows
- Email Workflows
- Lists
- Forms
Step 1: Update HubSpot's contact properties:
Use GUID as the "internal value" for each property.
- Academic Program
- Academic Program (Fall Only) - For programs that have only fall starts
- Academic Program (Spring and Fall Only) - for programs that have a start in both semesters
