How to create Admissions Events marketing materials

A loom/detailed process will be uploaded at the next event date.

Step 1: Create the landing page - use a previous event/landing page template. Be sure to include date/time/place, and an admissions event form.

Admissions event forms: There are four admissions event forms with options to include guests and dietary restrictions. Please choose the one that works best for the event. All form titles begin with "[all] Admissions Yield Event" and then detail the corresponding options.

Step 2: Create a list of registrants. Using the form fills on the specific landing page, create a list of those who register to share with admissions.

Step 3: Create the confirmation workflow. Based on the same critera as the list, create a conformation workflow with an email directly following registration, and the day of the event. This is the place to include any additional details that might not be appropriate on the landing page.

Step 4: Test and share with admissions. Check to see the list/confirmation flow are working as expected by registering, and share all materials with admissions to promote.
