What do I need to do to enroll in the accelerated bachelor's to master's program?

 Thank you for your email and interest in the 4 + 1 accelerated bachelor's to master's program!      You may find an overview of the application process here, please follow and complete the steps outlined below:    

Step 1: Schedule and meet with a Kogod Undergraduate Academic Advisor to determine where in your undergraduate curriculum plan you can share credits. During this meeting, you’ll discuss how you can share credits between your undergraduate and MS degrees, and identify any overlapping courses. It is important to confirm how your current undergraduate degree plan aligns with the possibility of sharing graduate-level courses.     

Step 2: Print the Kogod 4 + 1 Bachelor's/Master's combined programs confirmation form. This form is essential for the next steps and must accompany your application.     

Step 3: Schedule and meet with a Kogod Graduate Academic Advisor to review which courses qualify for credit sharing. You may share up to 9 approved graduate-level credits between your undergraduate and graduate degrees; however, only 6 credits can be shared for the MS in Marketing program.     

Step 4: Submit your 4 + 1 Bachelor’s/Master’s application. You will need to create a new applicant portal account, as your AU login details will not work for this system.    

Important Note: Graduate admissions recommends applying during your junior year to allow sufficient time for credit sharing between your undergraduate and graduate programs. Graduate advisors can offer additional insights based on your current coursework.
